Ste and Weed are cousins who are small-time criminals who have been temporarily released from Mountjoy Prison in Dublin.
Ste wants to change his life and rebuild his future with his partner Dee and their six-year-old daughter Ellie Mae.
Weed, on the other hand, dreams of breaking into the fashion world despite his substance abuse problems.
Their efforts to stay out of trouble are jeopardized when they are involved in a botched robbery, which leads them into conflict with organised crime figures and jeopardises their hopes of redemption.
