Dr. A team of scientists led by Marla Collins and her husband, Nathan Collins, creates genetically enhanced sharks for the US military as part of a secret program designed to use these creatures as underwater weapons. Sharks, designed to follow human orders and protect national waters, quickly escape their environment. With their advanced intelligence and ability to hunt with deadly precision, they become a deadly threat to anyone in the ocean.
When sharks begin attacking civilians, Marla and Nathan must race against time to stop the predators and prevent a disaster. Adding to the tension, government officials face a dilemma between using force against the sharks and risking civilian lives. The film combines sci-fi horror with thrilling underwater action, exploring themes of scientific hubris and the dangers of manipulating nature for military gain.
